Refund policy

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after you receive the item (per tracking). Please send an email to to initiate a return. Be sure to include your order number in the message. You do not need a reason why you are returning (unless the item is defective).

New Movies:

To return an item that is brand-new, the item must be returned in its original packaging. We cannot accept any returns after a new product has been opened. If you have a new item that has not been opened, it may be sent back to us (at your cost) and upon receipt, we will issue a complete refund (no restocking fees).

Used Movies/Slipcovers:

If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may send your items back to us (at your cost) to receive a complete refund (no restocking fees). Please make sure the items you are returning are in the same condition that you received them in. We cannot accept returns of items that are damaged or missing discs, artwork, etc that was included. 

Defective or Damaged Items:

We test each and every disc we receive before adding it to our inventory. We also package our items in a way to protect against damage. However, if your items are damaged in transit, please send an email to the address above and we will initiate an insurance claim through USPS. You will be refunded for any items that they decide were damaged in transit.


Once purchased, under no circumstances will the returns of digital items be accepted.
